34: Gigs in CA. Song: “You Keep Me Hangin’ On”. Photos: A Gig in Lake Tahoe & Some “Tip Stands” Photos Skiing.

It was often difficult finding music jobs, but hard hunting often paid off. I was very lucky to land a gig for New Years Eve in Lake Tahoe.

Then, I drove on to Mammoth,

and got a seasonal gig at the Mammoth Mountain Inn. I was equally fortunate to both play there, as well as to be able to come back and play again under contract for the whole next winter season. I played and stayed at the Mammoth Mountain Inn. It was fortunate for me to be doing what I enjoy doing most, (Skiing and playing music), especially being paid for doing so.
